Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Postory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Postory on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Postory provides

Postory is a workspace for planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media content across connected platforms, with AI-assisted drafting and idea generation available on paid plans.

Accounts

You need an account to use Postory, created through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Postory.

Plans and billing

Postory offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans, billed monthly or annually in your local currency (including USD and INR). AI drafting and idea generation are available on the Pro and Premium plans.

• Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who is the seller of record for your purchase, appears on your statement, and issues your invoice. Applicable taxes (such as GST or sales tax) are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings, or manage your subscription and payment method through the Dodo Payments customer portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you return to the Free plan.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a platform, you authorize Postory to publish content to that account on your behalf at the times you schedule. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each platform you connect. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes Postory's access to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postory to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Violate the rules of any connected social platform.
• Send spam or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI features

AI-generated drafts and ideas are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted content before it is published. You remain responsible for everything published from your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the ideas, drafts, posts, and images you create in Postory. You grant us the limited permissions needed to store your content, process it to provide the service, and publish it to the channels you connect on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish.

Our intellectual property

Postory, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy or resell the service.

Service availability

We work to keep Postory available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. This includes content published to connected platforms.

Termination

You can stop using Postory and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the date shown above, and significant changes may be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
